Delivery/Shipping Information
Most items at BigSmalls.co.uk are available from stock. Allure items are made to order and may take up to 6 weeks to arrive (often much sooner).
Please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery and up to 15 working days for International delivery. If there are any difficulties with fulfilling your order then we will contact you. All BigSmalls deliveries will arrive in plain, discreet packaging. UK delivery charges Spend over £40 on items at BigSmalls and delivery to any UK address is absolutely free! The free delivery option will appear automatically during checkout.
Orders of under £40 will be charged at £1.99. International delivery charges Orders of any size despatched to a European address will charged at £9.99. BigSmalls will deliver to the following European countries only: Austria Orders of any size despatched to an International address will be charged at £19.99. BigSmalls will deliver to the following International countries only: Australia BigSmalls will not delivery to any country not listed above. Any orders placed to other countries will be cancelled and associated payments will be refunded in full. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us at info@bigsmalls.co.uk. Returns If you are dissatisfied with any item (for example if it does not fit), then you may return it within 7 days to the address below (at your expense) and we will exchange it for a different size or style. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and that if your order was delivered free of charge, then a shipping/handling charge of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund. Additional shipping charges may be payable if an exchange is requested.
Any returned items must reach us in "new" condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume. Any original packaging must be present and all labels and tags must be attached to the product. Please email us at info@bigsmalls.co.uk if you have any queries about this process. In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. We will also refund your return postage. |
