In the unlikely and uncommon event that you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from BigSmalls, for example if it does not fit, then you may return it within 7 days to the address below and we will happily exchange it for for a different size or style. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that, as is standard practice, shipping charges on deliveries are non-refundable, and that you will need to cover the postage cost of returning items - we also strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office on an returned items. In addition, if your order was delivered free of charge, then a shipping charge of £2.99 will be deducted from any refund. Additional shipping charges may be payable if an exchange is requested. Any returned items must reach us in "new" condition - unworn, undamaged (including packaging) and without stains or perfume. Any original packaging must be present and undamaged and all labels and tags must be attached to the product. We will not issue refunds on any items that have clearly been used for obvious hygiene reasons, or where packaging is torn or otherwise damaged.
