In the unlikely and uncommon event that you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from BigSmalls, for example if it does not fit, then you may return it within 7 days to the address below and we will happily exchange it for for a different size or style. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that, as is standard practice, shipping charges on deliveries are non-refundable, and that you will need to cover the postage cost of returning items - we also strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office on an returned items. In addition, if your order was delivered free of charge, then a shipping charge of £2.99 will be deducted from any refund. Additional shipping charges may be payable if an exchange is requested. Any returned items must reach us in "new" condition - unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume. Any original packaging must be present and all labels and tags must be attached to the product. We will not issue refunds on any items that have clearly been used for obvious hygiene reasons.
Orders which have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled free of charge at any time
Buying a Christmas present?
In the run up to Christmas, we are happy to extend the period available for returns until the end of the first week of January, so that you can arrange different sizes, etc as required. We want to ensure your Christmas present is exactly right. Please note that Christmas present returns are subject to the same conditions as normal returns - as stated above, they must be returned to us in new condition, unworn, etc. (See above for the rather obvious reasons.)
In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. We will also refund your return postage. Please return your items via recorded Royal Mail delivery to:
