Delivery to any UK address is absolutely FREE! The free delivery option will appear automatically during checkout.

International delivery charges

Orders of any size despatched to a European address will charged at £9.99.

Most items at BigSmalls.co.uk are in stock with us - you can see the stock availability stated in the Options panel in the individual item pages. We aim to deliver these items promptly within 3-5 working days.

As some items are very popular, or because certain items need to be bought to order, the item you want may not be in stock. This will be shown on the product page. In these cases, we will get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible! This normally means that the items will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of ordering, but we will keep you updated with the status of your order, and make sure you know if there is a delay. In the case of a delay, we will always give you the available options so you can choose how to proceed. We must stress that this happens very rarely - BigSmalls is renowned for its prompt delivery!

If your order contains both items that are in stock and ones that are ordered in, at our discretion and at no additional delivery charge to yourself, we may split your order and deliver the in stock items immediately, so that you don't have to wait.

In the case of some Allure items, they may take an additional week to arrive, so up to three weeks, although it is often much sooner than this.

Please view individual products for accurate stock information and delivery estimates for items that have sold out - choose the product option you'd like (if applicable) and the "availability" is shown above. If there are any difficulties with fulfilling your order then we will contact you. Buying a Christmas present?
In the run up to Christmas, we are happy to extend the period available for returns until the end of the first week of January, so that you can arrange different sizes, etc as required. We want to ensure your Christmas present is exactly right. Please note that Christmas present returns are subject to the same conditions as normal returns - as stated above, they must be returned to us in new condition, unworn, etc. (See above for the rather obvious reasons.)
